QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires at least 1 year of experience in a related position.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet tight timelines with a high level of customer service during times of pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM / Accounting software packages

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the reconciliation and verification of accounts
  • Identifying discrepancies and taking corrective actions to ensure account accuracy.
  • Maintain and organize required files, reports, and data to support accurate financial record-keeping and audit readiness.
  • If engaged in monthly bookkeeping, upload financial statements ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Respond to on-demand requests for bank reconciliations and associated financial statements.
  • Ensure all reconciliations and financial processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations, maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reconciliation processes and improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
