Description:

Be self-aware of how your verbal and nonverbal communication can be interpreted by others and ensure a polite approach is always maintained. To escalate professional concerns to the nurse in charge of the department and the appropriate senior nurse and always promote professional practice. To ensure that information of a confidential nature is not divulged to any unauthorised person and is stored in line with the provisions of GDPR. Ensure all documentation and patient care records are legible, accurate, furnished in a timely fashion, and written in accordance with Trust policy, professional guidance, and best practices
