Managerially responsible to Team Lead Clinically responsible to OT manager. Responsible for providing supervision to junior and support staff. To work with a wide range of patients in Howdon Care Centre base sites and community across the Trust. Responsible for own clinical practice, delegating work to support staff and supporting students on clinical placements.
To comply with the College of Occupational Therapists Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and National and Trust procedures. To work autonomously respecting the individuality, values, cultural and religious diversity of patients and contribute to the provision of a service sensitive to these needs. Your clinical expertise will be provided where it is required.
