You will be based in our service in Middlewich, which is a recently refurbished large period property, consisting of 12 studio apartments with shared communal areas and gardens. It also has one self contained wheelchair accessible apartment.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a team member, you will be providing support for individuals with mental health issues, learning disabilities and autism.

On a typical day you will be;

  • Helping with the challenges of everyday life such as dressing, washing and cooking.
  • Participating in activities / hobbies, trips out to the cinema or going on holiday.
  • Encouraging our people to live an independent life within their own home and the local community.
  • Administering medication as required.
  • Completing daily care plans.
  • Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met and protecting the adults rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
