Description:
Expert Specialist Resource: Act as an expert specialist resource and educator for colleagues, patients, carers, and families to achieve effective patient care and recovery. Collaboration and Improvement: Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Work closely with Consultant Surgeons, Surgical Care Practitioners, the Lead Advanced Clinical Practitioner, and other MDT members. Service Re-appraisal: In conjunction with the Lead Advanced Clinical Practitioner, will be responsible for overseeing and delivering service improvements and audit cycles to optimise delivery of patient care. Key Skills and Attributes: Advanced clinical and surgical knowledge in cardiothoracic surgery.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within an MDT. Commitment to continuous service improvement and patient care quality.
