Description:
Havelock Academy is now recruiting for teachers of Psychology (A Level) and Criminology (Level 3) on a casual basis. These opportunities could provide you with an ideal role and flexibility at different stages in your career.
The Academy has a small sixth form, delivering a range of subjects to students alongside a strong pastoral offer preparing them for their next steps, but that university, apprenticeships or employment. The sixth form sits within the full 11-18 comprehensive provision, graded “Good” in all areas by Ofsted. The Academy has a strong house culture that permeates through all aspects of Academy life.

Responsibilities:
To be available to deliver sixth form lessons for one of the listed subjects on a casual basis, with an expected 5 hours of face-to-face teaching and 2 hours of planning and assessment time. We are seeking teachers for both Psychology and Criminology.
Work collaboratively with members of the academic team to ensure high quality provision and outcomes for students.
