People Capacity Management is a human resources and management consulting firm in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide services, expertise, and resources to both private and public sector through our deep knowledge of issues specific to industries and sectors.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration,or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a proven track record in client relationship management.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of retail banking practices, rules, andregulations.
Added Advantage:
- Candidate must not be more than 34 years of age
- Must work in a commercial bank

Responsibilities:
- Signing on new clients and helping them through the onboarding process.
- Managing client bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, and overseeing transactions.
- Presenting and cross-selling banking services and products to existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborating with other banking professionals to ensure high-quality client service.
- Processing deposits, payments, and withdrawals while authorizing and evaluating overdrafts and loans.
- Handling other transactions, such as writing cashier checks or money orders, when necessary.
- Recommending and explaining banking services and products to clients based on their needs.
- Implement changes in daily internal controls namely check clearing, check deposits, ACH clearing, ATMs, and CDARS.
