JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accountancy/Commerce/ACCA or any other relevant education
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Operational risk (BCP Management and outsourcing) in Banking and/or financial institutions
- Sharp, focus, analytical and has good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- BCP/BCM exercise (Conduct BCM test (call tree exercise and ensure compliance of BCM framework to regulatory requirements)
- Outsourcing/Analyze impact on operational risk (New transactions, New products, New technologies, Any amendments/updates to existing processes)
- Review impact on operational risk
- Ensure compliance of bank’s policies
- Ascertain current/future risk areas
- Propose recommendations and report on operational risk findings
- Follow up progress of any previous Internal/external audit or MAS or Head office findings/action plans and issues have been resolved
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Any other adhoc duties
