  • Provide IT support, configuration, maintenance, and administration for Atlassian Products (Confluence and JIRA).
  • Manage support queue for Atlassian Products, addressing technical requests and providing optimal solutions.
  • Use problem-solving skills and app knowledge to resolve challenges and suggest alternatives.
  • Investigate and replicate customer issues to identify and address root causes.
  • Translate support tickets into feature requests, bug reports, and improvement suggestions.
  • Evaluate and manage usage of Atlassian product add-ons/plugins to meet team and business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and tool support, taking initiative to implement solutions.
  • Contribute to product documentation by creating knowledge-based articles.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
  • Experience integrating JIRA with Confluence;
  • Knowledge on how to migrate Service JIRA to Data Center Jira;
  • Experience with implementing and training on JIRA and JIRA Agile best practices, custom dashboards, and custom reports;
  • English mandatory
