  • CRM Proficiency: Experienced in utilising CRM tools (ideally ActiveCampaign) to support sales strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

An opportunity exists for a vivacious, customer centric individual to join the Banqer Primary team, on a fixed term basis to cover parental leave. The role of Banqer Primary Teacher Success Manager is designed to support and expand our customer base, which includes educators within the primary education sector across New Zealand and Australia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Teacher Onboarding: Welcome new users to Banqer Primary, understanding their unique and specific pain points. Work with them through seamless onboarding and personalised support, ensuring their success from day one to drive high engagement.
  • Teacher Success and Support: Deliver exceptional customer success by managing onboarding processes with precision, nurturing strong relationships, and swiftly resolving issues, all to drive user satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Expertise: Become the ultimate champion of Banqer’s Primary school product, continuously deepening your understanding to better serve and anticipate the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborative Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate closely with our marketing team to amplify Banqer Primary’s reach and impact, engaging with potential users across various channels to spark interest and accelerate adoption.
  • Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline opportunities, and other insights from the frontline, to help inform and support strategic decision making and business planning.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay ahead of changes in the education sector, keeping informed on trends and regulations, ensuring Banqer remains at the forefront of innovation and relevance to effectively engage with our audiences.
