W Sydney, is now casting for a Beverage and Food Extraordinaires to fill the role of Waiting Talent in our Banquets team. We are looking for charismatic extraordinaire with a magnetic personality that draws people into the world of luxury.

As a Banquets Waiting Talent, you will play a crucial role in delivering Whatever/Whenever service that lives up to what our guests expect for a W Hotel.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent guest service that is engaging, personal and attentive
• assist with the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food.
• Ensuring the precision in accommodating any special requests or dietary restrictions and delivering beverage and food requests promptly
• Assist with event arrangements, creating unforgettable memories for our guests to exceed their expectations
• Maintaining and cleaning the area in a timely manner and resetting tables
• Working closely with kitchen and the events team to ensure efficient and coordinated service
• Support the banquets team in general operational tasks
