As our Bar Attendant, reporting to the Venue Manager, you will work with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Maintain a guest focus in all services, ensuring that guest service delivery is timely, effective and efficient
• Handle all guest queries and complaints with diplomacy and tact and refer all problems together to your leader
• Maintain a high level of beverage product knowledge, mixers and cocktails
• Follow all dispensing measures as per procedures, and the necessary recording of waste it
• Provide quality service to all customers in a timely and efficient manner
