Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bar and Catering Team Member you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service within the bar and restaurant area’s.
Reporting to the Bar and Catering Team Leader you will be part of the Bar and Catering team, who will contribute in achieving the highest standard of hospitality for the Stadium, while meeting customer expectations, health and safety requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Welcome guests in a friendly and accommodating manner, making a phenomena first impression.
- Take orders and serve food/drink, consistently achieving the required standards.
- Learn and retain a comprehensive understanding of all menu items to ensure maximum benefit to the guest and the ability to work effectively.
- Prepare the restaurant/bar for service and carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Bar & Catering Supervisor.
- Present a positive personal image to the customer.
- Ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained in the restaurant/bar areas by following cleaning routines as set by the Bar & Catering Supervisor.
- Account for payments at the end of the shift.
- To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Bar & Catering Supervisor.
- Ensure that all equipment in the bar and restaurant area is working safely and is compliant with manufacturer’s guidelines for operation, reporting any concerns to the Bar & Catering Manager.
- Ensure that the bar and restaurant areas are safe and report any concerns to the Safety & Compliance Officer or Bar & Catering Manager.
