Responsibilities:

WE CURRENTLY HAVE BAR MANAGER ROLES IN A NUMBER OF OUR LONDON SITES

To support the General and Assistant General Manager in running the team in order to maintain a successful profitable business. The ideal candidate will have proven high volume bar management experience.
You will manage a team of supervisors, bar staff, security, drive standards and sales, you will deputise as AGM in your GM’s absence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operating the bars throughout the site

  • Delivering budgeted top line sales and ensuring that this is converted in to profit through tight stock control

  • Managing a team whilst driving engagement and personal development
  • Working with the site management team to execute safe and profitable large-scale event days
  • Work within the company budgets relating to drinks, labour & consumables, to provide the standard of service and guest experience required.
  • Manage all aspects of the bar service within the premises in order to anticipate and exceed guest expectations, spearhead initiatives, incentives and bonuses tailored to maximise the guest experience.
