Think.…. Goldfish bowls, rubber ducks, bathtubs, plant pots, bonbons, test tubes, candyfloss and dry ice, a huge range of unique and quirky cocktails ready for their ‘insta moment’. Over 100 bottled beers and ciders, 50 different soft drinks including all your staples, fruit juices, cordials, alcohol free range and even homemade lemonade topped with zesty lemon sorbet.

• Leading by example to maximise our guest & team experience is at the heart of this role – through your leadership, our aim is to have a highly skilled & motivated team that in turn, offers our guests a unique and thoroughly enjoyable experience.
• You will work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to ensure that all of our guests receive excellent food & drink, quality & efficient service standards and in a warm & friendly environment.
• Drive a culture of learning & development across your bar team to better enhance the guest experience and our team’s job satisfaction scores. Conducting monthly team meetings, 121s and personal development reviews, focussing on our team is a priority to ensure they are well supported and motivated in their roles.
• Managing all areas of the bar including the monitoring of ticket times (dispense & delivery), stock control, cellar management, ordering, waste & margin control whilst ensuring adherence to our policies and procedures.
• Managing staffing levels in line with budget to create rotas that maximise the efficiency of both the main bar & cocktail bar.
• Enhancing current processes and ways of working to better the overall operation of the bars - whether it is the perfect Cappuccino made by our baristas, an ice-cold Mojito from our cocktail specialists or a pint of Estrella from our main bar, we are striving for excellence in everything we do, and the team need your support to get them there!
