QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and cocktail trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bar operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and bar setup/breakdown.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain a creative, evolving cocktail menu that reflects current trends and guest preferences.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Oversee ordering and stocking of bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the events and marketing team for promotions and special events.
- Track and manage bar revenue, monitor budgets, and meet financial targets.
