Perched atop the city, Liz & Chain Rooftop Bar offers an unparalleled experience with stunning skyline views, signature cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and lead the bar to new heights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and cocktail trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bar operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and bar setup/breakdown.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and maintain a creative, evolving cocktail menu that reflects current trends and guest preferences.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Oversee ordering and stocking of bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the events and marketing team for promotions and special events.
  • Track and manage bar revenue, monitor budgets, and meet financial targets.
