We pride ourselves on offering a genuine Irish experience to locals and visitors alike. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to lead our team and enhance the guest experience.
Position Overview: The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, cost control, and compliance with local regulations.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and composed demeanor.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Familiarity with traditional Irish drinks and fare is a plus.
Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Bar Operations: Manage all aspects of bar operations including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Staff Management: Train and supervise bar staff. Provide ongoing training to ensure staff deliver excellent customer service.
Customer Service: Foster a positive atmosphere and ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues.
Financial Management: Monitor and control bar expenses, including labor costs and inventory usage. Prepare reports and analyze financial data to maximize profitability.
Compliance: Ensure the bar complies with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations. Conduct regular checks and training to uphold these standards.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions, events, and special offers to attract and retain customers.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate special events, including live music nights, quiz nights, and holiday celebrations, to drive traffic and enhance the pub’s reputation.
