Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Bar Service Staff to join our team! As a member of our bar service team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customers have an exceptional experience while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Age : Must be at least 18 years old (or legal age to serve alcohol in your jurisdiction).
  • Customer Service Skills : Must have a friendly and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Communication : Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with customers, bartenders, and team members.
  • Teamwork : Willingness to work closely with bartenders and fellow staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
  • Multitasking : Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work efficiently in a busy bar environment.
  • Attention to Detail : Ensure all drinks and food orders are accurate and served promptly.
  • Physical Stamina : Ability to stand for long periods, lift trays, and carry drinks/plates in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous Experience : Experience in bar service or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of Alcohol & Beverages : Basic knowledge of common alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate.
  • Flexibility : Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Food Safety & Alcohol Laws : Knowledge of basic food safety and local alcohol regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve drinks and food to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including clearing empty glasses and bottles.
  • Assist bartenders in preparing ingredients and garnishes.
  • Process transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
  • Handle customer requests, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
