And we know that you can juggle without spilling, that for you the glass is always half full and that you spread your positivity throughout the bar. • The over all bar responsibility on your duty
• Development of the bar’s menu
• Mixing and serving drinks, cocktails, beer and wine
• Personal, passionate and professional serving in the bar including upselling
• Ordering and purchasing
• Shift planning
• Maintain a good and active relationship with our suppliers
• Ensure that internal routines and established guidelines in the bar are followed and are part of the operative work
• Receipt of payment and cashing up
• Ensuring compliance with laws and guidelines on alcohol
• Teaching trainees and new colleagues
