From specialist wedding Chefs, experienced Personal Wedding Managers and a fantastic wait team, to knowledgeable grounds teams and passionate housekeepers, our teams pride themselves on providing a top-quality service that helps make our weddings a success.

Responsibilities:

· · To assist the Bar Supervisor / Managers as required, with all duties set out below

  • To deliver bar and drinks service in a timely and efficient manner
  • To promote the excellent service provided at each of our venues
  • To deal with customers in an efficient and friendly manner
  • To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all bar duties
  • To ensure that all areas are left clean and tidy after an event
  • To have knowledge of the venue and group venues.
  • To ensure the smooth running of each service and any events, maintaining high standards and acting as an ambassador for Country House Weddings Ltd at all times
  • To carry out any other duties as and when required by the FOH Managers, General Manager/Venue Manager
  • Ensuring the safety of the building and the people in it with full awareness of health and safety procedures and operating at all times in accordance with your employer’s health and safety policy

Experience not essential, but desirable. Full Training will be provided as well as Allergen, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Training
Over 18’s ONLY due to alcohol service, transport required due to location of venue
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 8-48 per week
