Duties - Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients - Sanitate tools and work areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Upsell salon products and services to clients - Perform front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments - Engage in retail sales of hair care products Qualifications - Proven experience in hair styling and barbering - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Knowledge of current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques - Proficiency in sanitation practices for tools and work areas - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment - Previous experience in retail sales is a plus
