Our FCB Coffee at Tonbridge station is hiring!
FCB Coffee is the fastest-growing speciality coffee company in the travel sector. Currently with ten sites, we are fast becoming the go-to destination for speciality coffee. We inspire our teams to consistently produce fantastic coffee through dedicated training and attention to detail.

The shop is open from 6:00 to 18:30 seven days a week. You must be able to start at Tonbridge at 5:30 start and available to work morning and evening shifts. Weekend availability is a must. It’s a part time role (16 -24 hrs), requiring full flexibility

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :

• Up to date knowledge and genuine interest/ passion for the coffee business
• Barista skills and ability to free pour a variety of latte art consistently would be an advantage
• Knowledge of hand-brew methods and desire to learn more would be an advantage
• Good spoken and written English
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work at speed and under pressure
