REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum High School or equivalent.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience as a Senior Barista or a similar position.
• Willingness to continue learning about coffee.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• A polite, engaging personality.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• Senior Barista: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)

• Preparing food and beverages for customers.
• Selling coffee and tea blends and brewing equipment, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about our coffee.
• Preparing, calibrating, maintaining, and controlling the coffee machines and grinders, and POS machines.
• Cleaning and restocking the work area.
• Supporting, encouraging and managing the team of barista.
• Increase and stimulate good cooperation between barista in the bar.
• Ensuring that all baristas’ appearances are following the dress code standard.
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve product quality.
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the counter.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
