Description:

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for an experienced Barista at our prestigious venue, the Royal Academy of Music, Marylebone.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional coffee and service within a dynamic and culturally rich environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A skilled barista with a comprehensive knowledge of coffee and experience in fast-paced settings. Your proficiency in crafting high-quality beverages consistently, especially during busy periods, will be key. Living within a reasonable commuting distance to Marylebone is desirable.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrable experience as a barista in a specialty coffee and high-volume environment
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Experience using an EPOS system
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high standards and attention to detail
  • Must be available for early shifts and weekends

Responsibilities:

  • The role is a term time permanent role working 37.5 hours/week, 45 of 52 weeks per year (7 weeks off during August and December months)
  • The shifts generally will be either 07:00 - 15:00, or 10:30 - 18:30
  • 5 days a week, Mon to Sat availability. Mostly daytime/occasionally evening functions (Occasionally working Saturdays on a rotational basis)
