Sugarland lounge is searching for Bartender Assistants to support bartenders in their daily tasks, ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. They assist with preparation, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 1 year

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a bartender.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bartending techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to recipes.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of bar menu items and specials.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as needed.
