We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic bartender who shares our passion for creating memorable experiences.
Job Description: As a bartender, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a smile and the desire to return. Your primary role will be at our bar connected to the Nòr Restaurant on the 12th floor, primarily during evening shifts. Additionally, during large events you’ll be serving at our Living Room Bar and event’s bar. As we’re part of a big Strawberry family, you might have shifts in other hotels within the capital area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years in a similar position.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple things simultaneously.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • You’re also up to speed on Finnish alcohol laws and health/safety regulations.
  • Professional level of English required, Finnish skills beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
