From the team that brought you Heydays and the Dunes, Gigi’s Italian opening Spring 2025 in Sauble Beach will be bringing classic Italian food to the area!
We are looking for experienced servers to join our team! Limited year round positions available, mostly seasonal.

EXPERIENCE

• Strong food and wine knowledge.
• Previous restaurant experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to engage positively with guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  Position starts late April/May

  Pay: $17.20 per hour
  Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week

• Greet guests promptly and provide them with menus while explaining daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
• Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
• Provide assistance to fellow team members as needed to enhance overall guest services.
• Maintain bar inventory, freshness and standards.
• Ability to mix cocktails to restaurant standards.
