WHAT IS REQUIRED?

• Experience in the same or similar leading role
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge about leading a team, bar menu engineering, cocktails and beers.
• Possession of bartender training certificates is a plus

• You are a “people-person” - you always have that smile on your face, you are friendly, nice and humble.
• You know more than just the basic service skills, you will deliver great service.
• You know all about trends, cocktails and products to use.
• You have impeccable service skills.
• You are a seller, you know how to sell and upsell.

For this position it is mandatory to have an eligible visa to work full-time in Germany: we do not sponsor visas for this role

• 20% Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• 10% Managing bar inventory
• 20% Operating beverage outlets
• 20% Cleaning, restocking, taking deliveries, organizing
• 30% Making drinks
