As a Bartender, you’ll be an essential part of our dynamic and vibrant atmosphere, crafting exceptional cocktails and providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate professional product knowledge.
- Adheres to the hotel standards for cocktail making, always ensuring the correct measures and presentation. Responsible for running the drinks, cleaning tables, washing/polishing glasses and other basic food and beverage tasks.
- Aware of and observes the requirement of the liquor act as they relate to the hotel, Lobby Bar & Blu Bar on 36.
- Responsible for the par stock in the bar. Always maintains the bar in a clean and hygienic manner.
- Drive hygiene standards (SFS, ISO 22000, HACCP).
- Recommend innovative cocktails.
- Manage breakage reports and beverage costs.
- Responsible for the beverage cost in the outlet.
- Operate the point-of-sale terminal.
