Responsibilities:

As a Bartender you will provide an excellent level of customer service and naturally engage with our guests at all times. You will create, prepare, and mix drinks from our extensive drinks menu and help create captivating moments that make our guests want to return to the Blue Bar.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Uphold and maintain standards at all times in line with the department standard of procedures.
  • Ensure that an excellent level of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Ensure that the Weights and Measures Act is strictly adhered to.
  • Ensure current licensing laws are strictly adhered to.
  • Ensure that the Head Bartender is kept well informed of any problems/queries that have risen.
  • Carry out any reasonable request as directed by the Head Bartender or Bar Manager.
  • Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
