Bartender

• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests
• Bartending routines and checklist (opening, closing and changeover routines that are designed to optimize efficiency)
• Ensuring all tools and in place, equipment reassembled and fully functional
• Organizing bar for the needs of the day
• All orders received and all stock is put away
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization and stocked with quality ingredients and necessary tools
• Cleaning of bar, equipment, and machines to be stripped down and sanitized at closing
• Completion of prep before restaurant opens
• Optimizing freshness and productivity
• Processing guest’s orders in a timely manner and verifying all items are prepared according to requests and standards.
