As a bartender at the Bar Maria, you have a central role in providing our guests with exceptional experiences, as you handle guest requests and queries in a courteous, professional and efficient manner. This role plays a major part in creating memorable experiences, as you will be communicating guest’ preferences and relevant information to every department of the hotel to ensure a seamless stay for our guests.

Bartender duties include:

• Create unforgettable experiences for guests.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Pre-prepare the bar’s homemade ingredients, according to established recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall establishment.
