Three Bottle Man presents a broad offering from healthy breakfast options and coffee in the morning, to delicious all day menu and cocktails in the evening. With a notably eccentric venue concept, Three Bottle Man has been designed to harness a vibrant atmosphere with the action spilling out on to the bustling Bulletin Place.
Full time and part time position considered.

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service is provided to all guests
  • Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes, issue, open, serve beer/wine/champaign bottles
  • Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar equipment, table and other tools
  • Taking orders and use of POS system. Process all payment methods
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals
  • Complete closing duties
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
