Batch Cook / Production Factory Labourer

Top Cut Foods is an industry leader in the National and International Food Service Industry. We specialise in value added meat & protein products for numerous high- end restaurants, Cafe’s, Clubs and other large scale hospitality providers.
We are currently looking for the next team member to join Top Cut Foods at our Currumbin Factory. The role will be working in our primary batch cook room. There will be other times that you will be required to work in production rooms assisting the Butchers, Knife-hands and packing teams. You will have the ability to work on your own but also as part of a team.

You must have the following:

• Own Transportation
• Full working rights
• Fit, agile and not afraid of hard work
• Ability to work in both cold (refrigerated) and warm cooking areas
• Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to get out bed early in the morning (4 or 5 am start)
