Batch Schedulers

Key person to coordinate for IT project deployment or other IT activities involving DCO, i.e.:

• Configure jobs in batch management tool (e.g. Control-M)
• Plan and schedule the batch job run activities
• Review and update Operator Manual and Banking Cycle Checklist
• Data Centre shutdown DR activities and IT Implementation.

Operational key tasks are:

• Work with IT SME and Support to improve batch window and automate manual action via Control M
• Maintain production and Development (UAT) job run schedule
• Validate and assure day-to-day job by operator are in place.
• Ensure incident and service ticket are correctly attended to and escalated
• Update management reporting document such RCSA, Daily Critical Update, BNM KRI Reporting.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate quarterly systems backup during Data Centre Schedule Shutdown (DCSS) activity, which includes other plan activities from other teams in Infrastructure and Operations, Security Management or Applications team.
• Assist Head of Data Centre on the day-to-day Data Centre operations
• Assist and relief DCO as and when short of staff to perform BAU
