Responsibilities:

Work in the BMS & Electronics Team in Agile structure for electric vehicle segment. You will deal with developing and validating battery management system software for high voltage and low voltage battery products.

• being involved in all phases of SW development according to V-model, including but not limited to specifying software-related requirements, designing software architecture,
• developing model-based algorithms
• performing cell characterization tests and develop battery models
• collaborating with other software and system engineers to optimize the battery managements
• managing base software interface with supplier
• leading software tests at MIL, PIL and HIL environment
• writing technical reports, research articles and preset findings at conferences and internal project meetings

Qualifications:

• Location: Iasi or Bucharest (Hybrid)
• 3+ years of experience in Software development in Automotive
• Model-Based software development
• Strong understanding of BMS functions, lithium-ion battery technology, battery chemistries, and battery safety principles
• Experience on MATLAB/Simulink and State flow
• Knowledge of automotive safety/quality/security standards such as ISO26262, ASPICE & ISO21434
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience on AUTOSAR is a plus
