Bauleiter:in Elektrotechnik (Construction Manager - Electrical) (d/f/m) - Zurich, Switzerland

We are seeking a talented and motivated Construction Manager - Electrical / Bauleiter Elektrotechnik to join our high-impact data center projects in Frankfurt, Germany, and Zurich, Switzerland.
Role Overview:
- Coordinating and managing the electrical trades
- Cooperating and negotiating with specialist engineers and subcontractors
- Carrying out and coordinating project quality plans, including benchmarking and inspections
- Coordinating building acceptance with authorities based on inspections
- Verifying invoices based on site progress and write progress reports
- Coordinating installations, quality checks, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations
Role Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field. Alternatively technical career through an apprenticeship
- Field Experience: At least three years of experience in a similar position
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of project management software, scheduling software, BIM software (ACC, Navisworks, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with local regulations, and industry norms
- Language: Fluency in German and English
- Workstyle: Strong work ethic with a passion for construction. Proactive, hands-on approach. Effective coordination within the team and clear communication and collaboration with all stakeholders
