Bauleiter Elektrotechnik Mechanik / Mechanical Construction Manager (d/f/m) in Frankfurt, Germany.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Construction Manager / Bauleiter Mechanik to join our high-impact data center projects in Frankfurt and Zurich.

Role Overview:

  • Coordinate all mechanical construction activities (HVAC, cooling, plumbing, fire protection) with designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration into the overall project.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols, while maintaining high-quality control across all mechanical systems.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency, reporting progress and addressing any issues as they arise.
  • Lead on-site mechanical teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • Field Experience: At least five years of experience in a similar position
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, cooling, and fire protection
  • Language: Fluency in German and English
  • Workstyle: Strong work ethic with a passion for construction. Proactive, hands-on approach. Effective coordination within the team and clear communication and collaboration with all stakeholders
