Our projects range from surveys of individual properties to some of the largest and most complex residential, industrial, and commercial development and land use projects on Vancouver Island.

BC LAND SURVEYOR (BCLS)

Our Parksville office is seeking an experienced BC Land Surveyor to lead our Parksville team (4-5 staff), manage projects, and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Parksville office. Candidates with experience managing land use and development projects in BC are preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Commissioned BC Land Surveyor in good standing with the ABCLS.
  • Proficiency with MicroSurvey and strong technical and drafting skills.
  • A strong understanding of surveying principles, practices, and standards, particularly in relation to land development in BC.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with project managers, colleagues, and clients.
  • Strong time management, problem solving, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with governments, construction contractors, developers, property owners, and approving authorities.
