REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong foundation in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $95.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- BCBA Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- BCBA Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- BCBA Provide patient care and support aligned with treatment goals.
- BCBA Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to address behavioral challenges.
- BCBA Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals.
- BCBA Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- BCBA Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- BCBA Mentor and support new BCBAs through training and professional development.
