QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a currently enrolled student at a college or university pursuing a bachelors degree
• Expected to graduate between December 2024 - June 2025
• Majoring in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or other Business & Technology related majors
• Prior internship or Co-op experience in Information Technology, or related field
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and strong leadership skills
• Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Willingness to relocate as needed to pursue rotational opportunities
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to duration
• 
  All first year Edge Program associates will start in Franklin Lakes, NJ at our Global Corporate Headquarters. This is not a remote position. BD’s current workplace policy reflects a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
