JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of technical skills and creativity, ensuring clients leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. The Beautician will also play a key role in promoting services and products, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a Beautician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in front desk operations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in deep tissue massage techniques, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and barbering is desirable.
• Familiarity with social media management for promotional purposes is beneficial.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

  Pay: £11.44-£12.20 per hour
  Expected hours: 21 per week

• Perform a range of beauty treatments including facials, deep tissue massage, makeup application, and eyelash extensions.
• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, managing appointments at the front desk, and ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and equipment.
• Engage in upselling services and products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of hospitality and guest services are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible treatments.
