QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
Essential Criteria
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent
- IT literate – Microsoft Office
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy, retail outlet environment working with beauty and Fragrance products
- Excellent Communication interpersonal skills and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- The applicant must have the right to work in the UK (proof requested).
Desirable
- 3rd level qualification in the field of Health and Beauty
- Previous experience in a Supervisory role in a retail pharmacy environment
- Experience in staff management including rotas/holidays etc.
Responsibilities:
To support the Store Manager and lead the beauty and fragrance team in the day to day running of the Beauty and Fragrance / House of Fragrance teams. Maximizing turnover by motivating and inspiring the Beauty & Fragrance team to achieve targets set by store manager through excellent customer service, eventing, placing orders and ensuring stock levels are correct, key holder duties and cashing up tills.
