Description:
Do you live in the Edinburgh area and are looking for a part-time Beauty Therapist/ Beauty consultant role at H Beauty? La Prairie a Swiss luxury brand known for their pioneering cellular anti-aging therapies might be the place for you. Working 3 days a week as a Beauty Therapist/Beauty Consultant, you will be our Maison Ambassador. Ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our discerning client, creating carefully curated experiences and perfect etiquette.
Main Accountabilities
- Adhering to the La Prairie Art of Beauty facial guidelines to ensure that standards are consistent and up to date
- Skillfully marry Art of Beauty and selling skills together to achieve KPI’s and sales
- To build a good client base by identifying customer needs
- Business planning to ensure the beauty room is maximised around key events and launches
- Traffic stop with ‘new’ launches and marketing lead program
- Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation
- Introduce ‘Diamond Servicer’ to customers
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of EPOS System for customer records
- Offer Art of Perfection to ever consumer
- Ensure events are fully stocked and appropriate customers have been contacted
Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure the La Prairie’s image is maximised in store.
- Present the beauty room in luxury standard while working with the visual merchandising team to meet company guidelines
- Ensure the counter is spotlessly clean and well maintained
- Make certain the counter is fully stocked and that all products are stored by category and shade sequence
Applicants for this position must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy
- Experience of providing high quality skincare treatments to clients
- Client focussed and dedicated to providing a luxury experience
- Polished, approachable and friendly communication skills
- Dedicated to achieveing / exceeding KPI’s
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a small team
