Beauty Trainer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct training on various treatment techniques; theoretical and practical
• Conduct product knowledge training and treatment protocol
• Develop an in-house skills assessment checklist, evaluating all therapists periodically
• Provide training to consultants and beauticians/therapists such as customer service sales skills, operation flow, SOP, grooming, etc
• Train and guide new employees
• To perform role-playing with staff to ensure service standard is met
• Collaborating with marketing and retail operation team (to organise and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as Beauty workshops, seminars, product launches support new product launches) to support new product launches and events
• To furnish the company with the latest marketing development and beauty information, e.g., Competitors’ activities and marketing strategies
• Work closely with the management team to monitor and evaluate staff’s training needs
• Responsible for beautician service performancesOther ad-hoc tasks required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Training and Development Specialist or similar role in the beauty or wellness industry
• In-depth knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry standards
• Strong training and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational and leadership abilities, with a strategic mindset
• Certification in beauty therapy or relevant professional qualifications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
