QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of the basic principles of Behavioral Science and their application in business
  • Knowledge of psychology, economics, social sciences or related fields
  • Good analytical and presentation skills
  • You have autonomy and a good sense of responsibility.
  • Be perfectly bilingual (French and English) Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
  • Available 35 hours per week from January 6 to April 25, 2025
  • Must be returning to school in Summer 2025 or Fall 2025 following your internship

ROLE

As a behavioral science intern, you will help to evangelize and integrate behavioral science into our product and service design practices, contribute to optimizing for business and user outcomes. Reporting to the Manager, Design and Behavioral Science, your main responsibilities are to contribute to:

  • Using best practices in behavioral science to create human-centered experiences and achieve business goals.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to find insights that drive interventions in various projects.
  • Participate in analysis, brainstorming sessions, content creation, and solution presentations for various engagements.
