Behavioral Therapist (ABA)

at  DYNAMICS THERAPY CENTRE FOR KIDS PTE LTD

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Junior Behavior Therapist to join our team. You will work directly with clients, implementing ABA programs designed to address behavioral challenges, enhance communication skills, and improve daily living skills.
This role requires a compassionate individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Conduct one-on-one or group therapy sessions with clients in various settings, centre-based, school-based, and/or home-based sessions as allocated.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with supervision.
• Provide school shadowing sessions as and when required.
• Provide support for in class behavioral management realm.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during sessions.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to review client progress and update treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports.
• Provide feedback and guidance to clients and their families to reinforce positive behavior changes.
• Communicating effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients if required.
