Location: Park House School, 48 North Side Wandsworth Common, London, SW18 2SL
Salary: £33,950 - £47,500 dependent upon experience (pro rata for part time)
Contract: Permanent Part time (Term time only)
Hours: 22.5 hours, working 3 days per week, ideally available to work Monday to Wednesday

About the Role:
You will lead one class within the school, overseeing pupil education and developing curriculum plans and behaviour strategies. As part of our Behaviour Analysts team, you will deliver exceptional Behaviour Analysis instruction and training to Teaching and Learning Practitioners (TLPs) and Advanced Skills Practitioners (ASPs). Your support will help provide the best education possible for all learners.

About You:

• Education: Undergraduate Degree; Studying/completed BCaBA/BCBA qualification
• Experience: 2 - 3+ years in Behaviour Analysis (ideally one year supervisory); Formal training in Applied Behaviour Analysis
• Skills: Programme development, assessment, behavioural interventions, team management, theoretical and practical training, excellent communication, calm under pressure
