Job Title: Behaviour Analyst (Maternity Cover)
Salary: Up to £45’000 Per Annum
Location: Southern Regions of England (Greater London/Essex)
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Reporting to the Regional Lead Behaviour Analyst you will lead on the regional implementation of Positive Behaviour Support services in line with the Ivolve group PBS strategy. You will be the strategic lead and contact with external PBS team for operational roll out in your region of responsibility.
  • You will support adults with complex needs including learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs.
  • You will ensure the people we support to flourish in a place they call home. You will empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives.
  • You will make sure you follow our Quality Framework and the ‘I’ statements that set out the way we deliver care and support
  • You will work to uphold Ivolve values and ensure this is demonstrated in all that we do, delivering our strategy and objectives.
  • You will line manage PBS practitioners assigned to the region to focus on the implementation of Tier 1 behaviour support interventions. .
  • Support with pre-admission assessments and transitions for new referrals and informing new business development.
  • Provide consultancy level input to operational colleagues and managers in your region.
  • You will ensure you participate in continued professional development relevant to your role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Our approach is all about co-production with the people we support. We work with them to design and plan things – so we can create the best experiences together, leading on including people in PBS assessment and planning for your region.
  • You will work alongside the Lead Behaviour Analyst people we support and our colleagues to develop a co production steering group for the region.
  • You will be responsible for the delivery of effective support, developing systems, processes, and practices to support PBS assessment and support planning.
  • You will undertake relevant service wide audits and reviews of the individualised PBS plans ensuring implementation and maintenance.
  • To oversee caseload management and supervision of the PBS practitioner/ trainee practitioners
  • To use knowledge and experience and working with MDT colleagues to ensure universal PBS supports are implemented and embedded across all services.
  • Support development of practice leaders through coaching hosting quarterly practice leader meetings and delivery of training.
  • Responsibility for monitoring the maintenance of implementation of PBS plans
