Are you passionate about supporting young adults with autism and learning disabilities? Do you want to work in an organisation rated ’Outstanding’ by the CQC?
We are currently recruiting for full time staff to work on established home and community-based programmes across North London, including Camden, Hillingdon, Haringey, and Enfield. You will work as part of a team supporting service users with primary diagnoses of autism and learning disabilities across North London with a focus on life skills and community participation. We accept experienced graduates, professionals from other disciplines interested in supporting teenagers and young adults in their home and local community, and candidates who have previously worked in ABA or PBS settings. Beam ABA Services adopts a “positive risk taking” approach in ensuring the young people we support are provided with opportunities that increase their independence and improve their quality of life
